Well here is my blog posting about the second phase of my diet which I first started in July of this year to look trim or as near trim as my grossness would allow for my daughters wedding at the end of August. I lost 13kgs in 6 weeks and have remained stable at around 108 kgs since. I was 12okgs but reduced down to 107kgs. Phase two started on Monday 25th November and I am aiming at 102kgs by around the 15th December 2013 which will put me at my weight when I was married in 1973.
You start the diet by two days of pigging out which I did on Saturday and Sunday, the 23rd and 24th November and now I am ready , are you.
Day 1 – 25th November 2013
Weight at 8.00am – 108.8kgs.
Breakfast was a quarter of a melon with 4 desert spoons of Lidl creamy yoghurt
Lunch was a cup of my wife’s famed Catalonian fish soup
Drink was about 450ml of vodka, lime juice and sparkling water
Evening meal was two large chicken thighs accompanied by a salad of thinly sliced lemon, fennel and celery and another salad left over from yesterday of chicory, roast beetroot and lashings of horse radish sauce with three quail eggs
Day 2 – 26th November 2013
Weight at 9.00am was 108.5kgs
Breakfast was melon and yoghurt plus an apple chopped up on top
Lunch was the soup
Evening meal was a good piece of grilled sirloin cooked with onions and tomatoes, a salad of fennel, celery and lemon as yesterday
Drink was vodka, lime and water as yesterday about 450mls
These salads you can eat as much as you want to, they are negative harm to the diet because there is no dressing. I cannot wait to see my results in the morning, my only fight is against having another glass of the vodka combination but I am sure it will not matter but at least for now I will resist.
Day 3 – 27th November 2013
Today I will publish this posting and then add to it everyday so that the world can see how I disappear,
I have pledged that if this three weeks is more successful than I planned I will continue to go below my target until the wife gives me a kiss which, and I can well understand, she as not done for quite a while. At this point I will know that I have achieved my ultimate pulling weight. We will see.
Breakfast is another quarter of a melon. There is nothing disheartening about this, the tastes are so enticing but what it means is that the body has started pissing for England, now the the body is releasing its retained liquids.
Weight at 8.00am was 108.3kgs
Breakfast at 8.30am after being up for 3 hours is melon, yoghurt and apple again, I just love the combination. So in two days I have lost 0.5kgs or just over 2lbs so in 15 days I should lose 5,75kgs which means I should be down to 103kgs which aint bad, it just means another turn on the screw. 5.75kgs in three weeks is 12lb 10oz, it sounds better that way, but here goes. I am publishing now and on a daily basis on this page and around this time.
Evening meal was a pork chop, a grilled half of a courgette and my favourite chicory, roast beetroot and horse radish salad.
For aperitif and digestif was my usual vodka, lime juice and sparkling water, no more than 450mls and so to bed, a long walk to day as helped the tiredness.
